Dear Mama,
You see, some people seem to think there are two kinds of moms - those that have C-section and those who don't. This 'battle' divides you making one side feel like a mother who didn't do the right thing.
But what defines a good mother? A good mother is not defined by the process of labour or whether she breast fed or not. A good mother is defined by the sacrifices and love she gives to her children.
Today I write to you, to tell you that I love you. Something I hardly ever do. I never tell you enough how much I love you and it's something I must do. I need to let you know how much you really mean to me so I'm telling you now, you mean the world to me.
You are the sunlight in my day, the moon I see far away, the tree I lean upon, the one that makes troubles be gone. You are the one who taught me life, how not to fight and what is right. Anytime I need someone to talk to, you're always there to help me through and anytime I need a favour you always seem to be there, too.
Your heart so tender and your face has a gentle glow. You clearly love your children with the love that comes from Christ. Your eyes full of compassion, your voice soft and mild. You live for helping others, leaving 'heart prints' all the while.
Always been so wise, strong, so stubborn and occasionally you're wrong. You sure not perfect, but there are times only when your love can understand my tears, soothe my disappointments and calm my fears. There are times when only your faith can help me on life's way and inspire in me the confidence I need from day to day.
Thank you mom, for everything you've done. For showing me the way, for smiling every day. Thank you for always being there, for showing how much you care. Thank you for you're the best, because you are none like the rest. Your love is special and grows sweeter with every year.
God blessed me with an angel; you, my precious mother. Just remember one thing, that I do love you.
Yours Sincerely,
Loving Child.
